We recommend doing at least one of the following:

Step 1: Is your phone number up to date?

People may want to contact you directly to ask questions. Maybe you work from home or your business is closed during the 21-day lockdown in South Africa and there is no one at your office to answer the landline. Make sure your phone number is correct where your customers can find you now.
